Transformational change with CFC coaching

Coaching is about you. It’s a nonjudgmental space for you to work through whatever you need. Often we don't have the space to just be heard and for someone to hold space for us. Coaching is exactly that. It’s not about advice, it’s about being heard and asked the right questions. We believe the client has the answer and that we are a mirror and a sounding board for the client to bounce off of. Coaching is a support system that is different than therapy. WE AS COACHES DON’T COME UP WITH SOLUTIONS. We believe the client has the solution but needs the space to find it. Which in turn creates lasting results. It’s been proven over and over that when the client makes the discovery of what is keeping them stuck and the solution to get out of it, the results are permanent as they continue to work through and make the right goals for them.

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic coaching is where we allow the body to be our guide. We discover stuck, unresolved emotions or trauma by asking where the sensations are in the body and what they feel like. And we also know if healing is happening as the sensations start to shift/move out of the body and new positive meanings take place of the old.

Because our society is based around not feeling emotions (many see it as a weakness) this may be a difficult process at first and feel uncomfortable. But, once the client starts allowing themselves to check in with whats happening in the body, they can start the process to acceptance and heal that which was stuck.
